Zero to Hundred

Long time didn't update my blog...LAZY, LAZY, LAZY!!!!
recently I'm busy for my future planning, but still zero at this moment...can somebody tell me how to make it from zero to hundred..?????
or I'm still need to wait until the changes come to me....????
my brain empty empty & empty...
& my heart still thinking thinking & thinking...

Can somebody show me how to move up the first step....????
